Disturbing The Peace

It has been reported that “the defendants” practice irreverent behavior, not confining to, or of societal norms. State of California Penal Code 415 prohibits disturbing the peace, breaching public peace with criminal or malice intent.

Such behavior cannot be tolerated in a governed state ….so it shall be celebrated. All Defendants and Primary Witness Danny Davis are summoned to appear at Boreal Mountain California Court of Peace in May to be judged by a court of their peers, at the Woodward Peace Park Championships.
