FARELLONES, CHILE

Again part of the Three Valleys [Tres Valles], Farellones is a small stand-alone resort with just a small vertical drop, a couple of beginner runs and a novice slope opposite a tubing area.  Farellones is very different from the local resorts and has a more traditional flavour with its wooden lodges and cabins.  The resort is reasonably priced, very much what would be expected of a real Chile rural experience.  It would be safe to say that Farellones is most popular with beginners and is mainly Spanish speaking.
