La Parva is also part of the Three Valley resorts and is a playground for the elite from Santiago with not so many international visitors. The views of the Andes is well worth seeing. It is of moderate size, treeless, with plenty of vertical and a good area for beginners. Like the other Three Valley resorts, it is best suited to intermediate levels with a good terrain park and just a handful of slopes for the more advanced. One such terrain is the famous La Chimenea with an extremely steep entrance. Because it is visible from the village, sitting watching the boarders from down in the village is a great form of entertainment. Snow conditions are variable, weather conditions mainly sunny with regular powder days.
